0:27.0 | And that's because in the United States, it's actually perfectly legal for a disabled person |

0:32.3 | And while that may sound shocking |
0:33.9 | the issue of sub minimum wage has actually divided disability advocates for years. |
0:37.6 | Some have called the practice outdated and a basic civil rights issue while others |
0:41.2 | say provides work for people who might never have had a chance to work otherwise. |
0:44.3 | So today we're going to take a deeper look into how employers can pay disabled workers below a minimum wage, |
