So I welcome Jim McTay, the former Washington editor of Baron's magazine.

Now a detective of Costco.

And he travels to the Costco, not only to make purchases, but to study human nature because that is the American economy.

We start with, there's a barn apparently built in the driveway and parking lot at Costco and filled with hay.

We have a huge Amish population in Lancaster County, Pia.

You know, horses and buggies and homes without electricity.

And yet the families like to shop at Costco.
