people serving for the last 50 years since 1973.

In 50 years, Verenikakes reporting, Congress has passed a budget on time four times in 50 years.

Four times.

Seventeen times, no budget at all. The rest, late. Now that kind of record doesn't get you even inside

a grammar school, let alone being a member of Congress.

So, what is the problem?

we get all these results precisely because these guys don't

want to actually follow their own rules right there are budget rules there's a

budget process that sets you know limits that should be setting, have them set limits on how much they can spend, and then follow

a process about discussing having 12 bills and then going there and then boom

at the end like passing it on time and they just don't do this and because they decide to not follow their own rules they also decide you know that you know after all who needs to actually stay within the budget constraints that they have.

So this is why we have all of these problems.

We have an additional problem somewhere out in the wilderness.
