Hi y'all, welcome back to the I Live You So Much podcast.

I am just popping in here to let you guys know that

I somehow actually this isn't really that big of a shock. I don't know why I'm acting like that.

Recently, I have gone back to my wellness ways. I've been back on my health ways. I've been back

cooking, working out, you know, we've got that down. I've actually, I started being a weight

lifter or started weightlifting shows how new I am to this. Anyways, a lot of things have changed,

okay? But this week, I am in the sauna every day. I'm doing a hybrubaric chamber. I just made

sauerkraut chicken casserole, which is surprisingly good. I, I don't know what is in the air here.

I don't know if it's just that I'm home most of September or what is going on with me,

but I am feeling incredible. So we will see how long this last also just wanted to let you guys know

that the breadwinning housewife, the crew and the sweats. I'm recording this on Monday and as

of right now, we have a few of the crews left. So maybe right Thursday, we will still have some left

and we do have some sweatpants left. And I'm going to be honest with you guys. The sweatpants are

my favorite part of the set. I know the crew was really cute, but I live in them. I wear them 24-7.

They're so cute. They're rare flattering. You want the breadwinning housewife sweats as well.

So I will have everything linked if you guys want to shop, but today we are having Tristan Watson

onto the show. Now, I met this beautiful perfect man at stagecoach, where one meets people.

And I love stagecoach and I love Tristan. And it was really a match made in heaven. I think we

were meant to be. We were meant to be friends. We were meant to be together forever. And I'm really

grateful. He's a new friend, but I love him. Okay. Clearly. So anyways, I had him on the show and he

moved to Los Angeles, moved to a new city. And he also made a lot of new friends. We're talking a
