0:20.0	So before we get started, I figured we've been talking a lot about the Disney Fox Deal.

0:28.4	So the latest update that will essentially clear the path for the Disney Fox
0:33.6	deal to be finalized is that the shareholders from 21st century Fox and the
0:38.4	Walt Disney Company both voted to approve the 71.3 billion dollar mega merger between the two companies and that took
0:46.6	place this morning and will essentially clear the path for the deal to finally be completed in the first half of 2019.
0:55.4	Okay, so there you have it. There's not much more information that we know other than that,
1:01.0	but yeah, this has been, you know, sort of a long time coming. I think everyone is well aware of how we all feel about this. We've talked about it ad nauseum on this podcast before, but I just thought it was important to mention that the shareholders had approved that deal.
