It's the Motivational Minute 60 seconds of awesome saw starting right now, you know, I'm

looking at my Apple Watch as I'm speaking right now, I've got 4,834 steps in.

Now, it's 11 in the morning, and it's not good or bad, I'm just letting you know, when

I went to the gym this morning, this has to do with the micro winds, the little things,

the baby steps, the add up into the huge events.

In between each set when I left, I walk around, I do one lap around the gym.

I've done a lot, maybe a couple hundred steps, whatever.

When I'm done, somehow, some way, and I still don't even think there's this many steps

in between, but I'm in the gym maybe 45 minutes, two an hour, a slight walk in between each

set gets me to 2,500 to 3,000 steps.

Now, amazing, without, I mean, I would, what would I be doing anyway, I'd just be sitting

on the bench, waiting until my, you know, heart rate goes down or my muscles grow back

or whatever they call it so I can lift some more weights again in between, I walk around,

I listen to a podcast, yes, I listen to audiobooks, but it's the little thing, so at 11 in the

morning, I haven't even gone for my walk yet, and I'm already at 5,000 steps.

That's the beauty of just doing things in between, always staying in motion, always keeping

going, doesn't seem like a lot at the time, but it adds up to huge at the end of the day

to day, I'll have 12 to 15,000 steps.

That could be in health, that could be in finances, it could be in relationships, always

make the most, it's the little things I promise you that are going to make the huge, it's
