All right, some motivational minutes, 60 seconds of awesome sauce, and here's my advice

for today.

Don't let a bad five minutes turn into a bad day.

All right.

A lot of people say, out of bad day today, well, was it really a bad day, or was it a bad

five minutes that you allowed to turn into a bad rest of your day?

You know, you can get off on the wrong foot.

It's okay.

You could just as quickly as you got off on the wrong foot and look, we all do.

It's not like, I just said on the podcast today that, you know, it's start my day, it's

going to be a great day.

Hey, sometimes it doesn't start great.

You know, sometimes you go out, you got a flat tire, you get stuck in traffic, there's

a rain storm, kids are driving you crazy, everybody's late.

It feels like just an absolute fire drill happening.

But just as quickly as it happened that way, you know, it can change, and it changes obviously

with your mindset.

You know, switch it.

Boom.

Just like a switch.

Boom.

It's going to get against that five minutes turning into a bad eight to 10 hours because
