Real quick, the only ask I could ever have of you guys is to help spread the word so we can

0:05.1

help more women, lose body fat, build muscle, reach their goals, and feel insanely confident.

0:10.5

And the only way we can do that is if you rate, review, and share this podcast.

0:15.0

So the single thing I ask for you to do is if you could leave a review, it will take you

0:19.3

10 seconds, and it will mean the absolute world

0:22.6

to me and may change the world of someone else. Motivation, you can't rely on it to get things done.

0:28.6

It always runs out. It always does. It's an emotion, right? And emotions ebb and flow.

0:38.0

Yo, what is going on, you guys?

0:40.3

Welcome back to the Macro Hour with Nikki Stott, co-founder of Warrior Babe.

0:45.4

And on this podcast, we talk about mindset, methodologies, and tactics that will help you lose body fat, build muscle, be strong, and feel insanely confident.

0:55.2

I am your host, Nikki Stott, and welcome to today's episode, episode 113, where we're going to have a

1:02.8

real talk about motivation.

1:06.6

Okay, so this is stemming on a couple of fronts.

1:09.2

And this is more so going to be like a rant, because I feel like rants are really good when we're on this topic. But this is stemming from like, you know, the New Year's coming around the corner and maybe you guys are lacking motivation because of the holidays or this like busy season and like, you know, you put a back burner with going to the gym or your nutrition and you're like,

1:27.9

you're just searching for the motivation to get started again. This will help you. Or this is also

1:33.1

sending me from a conversation within our coaching team and I support our coaches on a regular

1:39.0

basis. And there's been a couple comments about clients needing motivation or looking for motivation.

1:47.8

And they're kind of seeking that from our coaches, which I totally understand.

1:52.5

Like coaches, a part of their job is to give motivation to our clients.

1:56.0

However, it's a two-way street.

1:59.3

Okay.

1:59.6

It can't be 100% coming from the coach. It has to be like 50% coming from the coach and that 50% coming from you if you are inside of our programs. This is also stemming from, you know, if in the last couple of weeks like I had just mentioned, like not just looking out to 2024 and looking for motivation, but like in the last couple of months or the last couple of weeks, so you guys are like, oh, my God, I'm just not motivated to do all the things that I know that I need to do, and I'm like waiting for motivation to come back again. This podcast is for you. So this is what we're going to talk about. I'm just going to go in a rant. I'm just speaking from my heart. And I just want you guys to, you know, take away knowing that motivation isn't, you can't rely on it to get things done.
