In our cases this week, a first-grade teacher who was shot in the chest by one of her six-year-old

students at school has finally been released from the hospital Ms. Z, as her little ones called her,

had the composer to get all of her children to safety before collapsing. The little boy who brought

the gun to school had reportedly threatened to kill another teacher. The six-year-old has been

placed in protective custody in a hospital. His parents say that he suffers from an acute

disability in a tragedy like this, what could justice look like? But first, a mother of three who

has been missing since New Year's Day is now thought to be dead. Her husband has been

arraigned on murder charges, police alleged that the man misled investigators to give himself

enough time to dispose of his wife's body and cover his tracks. But police say that the husband's

internet search history for things like the best way to dismember a body, and can you be charged

with murder if there's no body? Answer is yes. Revealed that his plan was not too clever.
