Well, I can tell this now that every month you're going to hear Justin and I talk about mortgages.

And May 20th is the next show. Today is April 29th. So May 20th,

you'll see us again and you'll hear from us again on this podcast. So yeah, so that's what

this is about, all about mortgages. So here we go. We'll talk about some mortgages and what's going on

in this market that we have going on. What's up,

Justin? How you doing? I don't want to bring up that you were really, really late, but I'll think I'll

bring it up anyway. I was early for a two o'clock. Okay. That's good. You're what? Early for two o'clock?

Yeah, yeah, that's good. So, yeah, so what we wanted to talk about today is we are going to do this show every month.

We now have it down as the third Thursday of every month.

So when you want to hear about mortgages or update on mortgages, this is going to be the place to tune in at 1 o'clock on the third Thursday, which in May would be May 20th.

So that's our little plug on when we're going to get things started for the monthly show.
