Stocks didn't move very much on Wednesday.

The Dowell fell a tenth of a percent,

but the S&P and the NASDAQ rose about a tenth of our percent.

The average interest rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage fell last week,

according to the Mortgage Bankers Association.

In fact, it fell by the most since July of last year.

Two weeks ago, it was near 7.9%.

Now it's down to just over 7.6%.

The Mortgage Bankers Association says that's thanks in part to the Federal Reserve's

decision to keep interest rates unchanged.
