You can do this meditation starting in bed.

It's perfect if you're having a hard time getting up and getting the day started.

But of course, you can do it once you're up and out of bed too. It really doesn't matter.

But wherever you are, whether that's lying in bed or up and about already,

just assume a comfortable position.

Whatever feels right in your body is perfect.

There's no need to overthink it.

And once you've found that position,

take a deep breath in,

filling all the way up through your chest and your belly.

And then exhale, release, and if you'd like to get your day started. But whatever

the cause is for you today doesn't really matter. Because by shifting your mindset towards things that are more positive and filling your body with energy through nice deep breaths, you will be ready to create a great day.
