we have made it to the next stage of national collapse. The pirate stage. Off the coast of California,

bombs are stealing dinghies and using them to loot anchored ships. One pillaging incident alone can

cost a cap than tens of thousands of dollars. Sometimes after the scallywags completely ravaged the

ship of valuables, they'll just scuttle the whole thing. The Alameda police chief addressed the

uptick an offshore plundering. It's been brought to our attention that there are concerns in the

marinas, in the estuary, where the concerns are around crime. The waterways are not as safe

and we take on a data-driven intelligence-led approach to increase patrols and to address crimes.

There's a concern with safety in our marinas and so to address those concerns, our approach is

going to be to increase patrols to further educate the community and to take the appropriate action

when we are met with or face an incident where criminal activity is a foot.
