Kendra Lara is the latest in almost cartoonish depravity of the Boston City Council.

Channel 7 summed up this latest submission from taxpayer employees.

According to a redacted police report and Lara's office,

she was driving down center street near the monument in Jamaica plain.

When she says a car pulled away from the curb forcing her to swerve.

She told officers from the back of an ambulance she was unable to hit the brakes in time.

The report saying she went through a metal fence over some bushes

and then into the porch and foundation of the home.

The driver of the other car told officers he believed Lara was speeding

and that he was not close to hitting her.
