This is one of my favorite meditations as it really gets

you to a place of renewal and hope for the new season. There's so much wisdom that nature has to offer us and we can mirror that

wisdom within ourselves by leaning into the natural cycles of the seasons.

In fall we let go of what no longer serves us. In winter we rest and we recharge.

And now that it's spring, it's time to grow and expand in new directions. So let's go ahead and turn to our meditation.

If you're still in bed, use this opportunity to roll over and

make your way up and out of bed. And find your way to a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in.

I recommend that you meditate sitting up and that's because it helps us remain

attentive and not fall asleep.

But I know we all have different spaces

and different preferences.

So do what works best for you.

Once you've found that comfortable position, allow yourself to settle in.

Let go of any tension you're holding on to. And take a deep breath in.
