Affirmations are a really powerful tool to change that internal self-talk that we all have.

And you can do these in any way you'd like just by listening as you go about your day

As you go for a walk as you cook or clean or do some work or for an even deeper experience you can close your eyes and get into a meditative state.

It's best if you repeat them out loud or in your mind, but again, it's fine if you just listen to.
