Summary

In the early morning hours of December 2, 2011 a young woman named Morgan Ingram was found dead inside her parents’ Carbondale, CO home after several months of reporting terrifying encounters with a vicious stalker. But when the toxicology report returned controversial results in the aftermath, one questioned remained at the center of this heated debate: suicide … or murder?

You see, Morgan had been in regular contact with police regarding a stalker who

was terrorizing her from outside the family's home, a campaign that was spearheaded by her

mother Tony Ingram. Yet, despite an ever increasing

escalation of security measures around the exterior of the house, the stalker

remained elusive. By the end, he was never caught on camera taking an action against

them. Of course this event still took quite a toll in the family, especially Morgan, whose depression continued to get worse, over the course of this

By December, she died a puzzling death while alone in her bedroom. While the toxicology report ultimately
