Morning everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today.

A sort of a somewhat, not somber program, I thought, for the 1st of February,

but certainly with much reflection and much thought about Terry Wogan,

and the fantastic coverage in the papers.

I think the papers excelled themselves

with some really nice coverage,

some, you know, people were wanting to come out.

I talked to my friend Mr. Moyles a short while ago

and he did some quotes as well.

Everybody's done their quotes, people, you know, big in the business.

Because that's all you can hope for in this business.

All you can hope for is the fact that when finally you pass on to wherever it is we go to, I'm hoping it's a giant radio station because I don't know, I don't know how to say.

Second thoughts, maybe I might change my mind on that one. But I quite like the idea that when

you pass on, you get some great coverage in the newspapers. And there was nobody

bigger. There was nobody bigger than him. So there it is. He now departs and we hope that we get

through February without anybody else. And we don't want this again, do we? I'm sick to death of people

dying. I'm sick to death of this cancer everywhere that seems to be all over the place

and I just don't, I don't want it there anymore. I want people to sort of live a long, long time.

And luckily I've got lots of you who do live a long, long time. And I'm very grateful for that.

As I keep saying, you know, I don't like losing people. Whether you sort of depart, if you depart to go to another radio station, I can fight against that.

I can't fight against cancer.
