Rogers, joined as always by my co-host, Joe DeMayo and the offseason.

I would say is in full swing, but as always, Joe, a little bit of a slow grind out of the gate.

But we are officially rolling. The rumors are flying. There have been some signing, some minor additions,

some waiver claims. But Joe, we have to start with the biggest news of the week so far.

The Mets manager Buck Showalter officially takes home the NL manager of the year title.

Obviously, an exciting moment for Buck at this stage of his career, getting back to baseball,

having a ton of regular season success with the Mets,

and something they will look to build on going into 2023.

Very well deserved for Bucks Show Walter.

Obviously, Dave Roberts had a fantastic year and the Dodgers winning 111 games

despite all the injuries that they endured.

And Brian Snitker leading the Braves to, unfortunately, the comeback against the Mets to win the

National League East.

But you look at Buckshaw-Walter and he obviously changed the culture here.

Steve Gelbs told us that a couple of weeks back on the show.

But the reality is you're looking at the fourth time ever, the Mets have won 100 plus games.
