happier? Grudge, what is making me happier is using an actual physical planner. I don't really do this usually. I mean, I have a calendar on my phone,

but I usually don't use a planner. Sarah, my writing partner is a huge fan of planners and has been for

years, but I just on a whim decided this is going to be the year of the planner for me. It's not on my 25 or 25 list.

It came out of me just realizing I have so many things I'm tracking. I wanted different ways to do it.

So I track my weight every day in the happier app. But I'm now tracking reading more in peace every day.

And I wanted to be able to see that on paper.
