Hey there, folks. It is Thursday, August 21st, and the woman found dead on a boat in Montauk.

This month has been laid to rest. Her family held her funeral yesterday, still not knowing how she died.

Martha Nolan O'Slattera.

It was the mystery in Montauk that everybody was talking about.

And now here we are.

Two weeks later, two weeks after that death, we still have a

mystery and still don't know if we have a murder mystery. No indication of that. But the fact that we

don't have answers has everybody still buzzing and talking about this story. A lot of you all

will remember August 5th, Martha Nolan O'Slatero. We didn't

know her name at the time, but word came that someone had been found at the Montauk Yacht Club, an exclusive spot on a boat that was parked there, unresponsive. That's all the information we got. We didn't know who she was with. We didn't know what she was doing. We didn't know who she was at the time. But there were some pretty sketchy details, at least, having to do or surrounding her death.

Who was some guy she was with and who was trying to help her and what exactly was going on?

All those questions still remain. And the case, as far as the investigation goes, police haven't

released much of anything in this case. And they haven't,

they don't have answers, they say, because they're waiting on a toxicology. So this is where we

are that two plus weeks after the death of Martha Nolan O'Slattera, her family gets her body

back to Ireland, where she's from. She has now been laid to rest.

Her funeral was yesterday, and we still, can you imagine, as a family member,

it's shocking enough to lose somebody that you're close to.

It's shocking as well to lose somebody so young.

It's shocking as well to lose somebody in such a sudden and unexpected way.
