I'm your host, Juliette. I'm a sexologist, sex and relationship coach,

and a tantra practitioner. And in this episode of the podcast, I want to speak into monogamy and

polyamory. Now, I've had a lot of questions from listeners

and requests that I talk about this topic.

And to be honest, it's taken me a little while

to get to a stage where I feel like I can talk about it

from a really authentic place.

And that's because I have explored

both avenues within my life in the last in the last couple of years definitely have

explored monogamy more than polyamory so So I just, I always want, when I talk

about topics, I want to come from a real authentic place in my heart. I don't want to pretend to be

the expert on something that I'm not. So I'm going to be really transparent right now and

express that. I have spent spent most of my relationships have been

monogamous relationships. However, in the past year, when I've been single and come out of

a monogamous relationship, I have explored polyamory. And so I don't have years of experience as this woman who

has navigated my way through polyamory. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to speak from personal

experience and I guess from study that I've done and books that I've read, but also from being in a community where

people are actively exploring this and from having friends also who have been. And so, yeah, I'm just

really speaking my truth and that is that this is still a learning journey for me and an experience for me
