especially right now than right here with my low lifers. I hope you're having a great week

and you're feeling good. But if you're not feeling good right now, if you're feeling stressed,

depressed, anxious, I totally get it. And don't you worry, boo? You have come to the right

place. You are here for a reason. We're about to turn that frown upside down. We have a great show in store for you today. Before I get into it, though, let's talk about mental health. I'm always transparent on this podcast. I'm never going to lie to you about my mental health and pretend like everything is just sunshine and rainbows and everything's okay.

And this is one of those weeks where everything's not okay with me.

I'm actually feeling just really sad.

And if I had to rate my mental health on a scale of one to 10, this week is a solid

four for me.

It's a tough week.

Work-wise, I was really disappointed in a client who's also

a friend and I was like, damn, didn't expect that. Threw me a bit. And so that bummed me out. But then I

just had to let that go and just try and go into the week with a fresh perspective. And then I find

out that my other client, Annie, passed away. Annie Wershing.

And it just completely shocked me. I had no idea that she was that sick. I mean, she was only 45 years old.

So backstory on how I even met Annie was through a really good friend of mine, who's also my client, Angel Parker.
