I'm doing fine, Mary Catherine. I feel well. I went on a four and a half mile run this morning.

And that is because I have my annual physical with the doctor on Thursday. New doctor.

Are you cramming for your physical? Is that a thing? Because I do it. I was going to say, I try to eat healthy and not drink beginning now.

I can only do a week.

Yes.

Not, well, no, not for physicals.

But in my last pregnancy, there's the glucose

test that is an important part of that where they test you for gestational diabetes. And if you

fail that test, and I may have talked about it on the podcast, if you fail that test, there's another

test you have to take.

It's a one-hour test is the first test.

The second one is a three-hour test with four blood draws.

And it is deeply unpleasant.

And so I do try to hack that system and figure out, because do I believe that I am likely to have gestational

diabetes? No, it can happen. But I very much wish to pass that first test. So sometimes I do a little
