I think it's more of a TV show than a podcast. But we're really excited to be here. We're going to be talking

Dow's with Kimball Musk and Tracy Bowen. It's going to be great. It's going to be quick, it's

going to be short, but it's going to be fun. Sheila, here we are. Don't flub anything because we're actually live. No pressure, no pressure, Michael. Oh my goodness.

But a lot of energy here.

Yes, a lot of excitement, a lot of energy.

I was fortunate enough to moderate a panel earlier today with Tracy, right,

about Dow's.

And I know you spoke to Kimball this similarly.

And so I think this is a buzz. There's a lot of buzz about DAO's here, where they proved to be the ubiquitous form of governance for all things blockchain.

Or like the blockchain itself, where we kind of decide over time that we're seeing certain models that make sense in a Dow structure and others where maybe a corporate form, an LLC makes more sense.
