Summary

Welcome to a new series - the Monday Quickie Raise Your Hand Say Yes challenge!

Each Monday, in anticipation of the upcoming Tuesday interview or solo episode, I'll be coming to you with a quickie episode and a RYHSY challenge for the week. Each challenge will be a quick call-to-action that you can implement right away and that will get you (at least!) one step farther into your Raise Your Hand Say Yes life!

*Note: these quickies are only available to subscribers, so be sure to subscribe in itunes, stitcher, iheartradio, or wherever you listen to podcasts to get them delivered straight to your device!

This week, I'm issuing a challenge for 2-3 minutes of stillness each week. And if you're thinking, "ugh! Tiffany, I'd love to but I'm soooo busy," then I've got you covered. I'll teach you my favorite trick for getting out of my head and into my body.

And, bonus: registration is now officially open for It's Business Time, your 6-month start-a-biz one-stop shop. If you're ready to raise your hand and say yes to a business of your very own (complete with all the bells and whistles you need to get it and keep it up and running!), Michelle Ward, Erin Cassidy, and I have got you covered!

Get the deets here; applications close 3/15.
