We appreciate everybody working. Yeah. for you at home. It was just a little teaser with college football over the weekend. Indeed. |

| 0:55.4 | in college football. |
| 0:57.2 | Again, it was just a little teaser, a little taste to the NFL season. And the most shocking result came from a Hall of Famer, of course. Dion Sanders in his first game coaching at Colorado, a ton of expectation. And the buff shocked the 17-ranked TCU Hornfrogs, 45 to 42 at TCU is a thrilling way to open up Coach Prime's era in Colorado. He delivered. He absolutely delivered. Kyle, did. I was watching it. You know what I was doing? I was watching this game with Ian Rappaport. Do you see? We're hanging out together. We're neighbors. We have kids who are at the same age. The kids were eating ice cream. Ian and I were sitting there on Saturday having a couple drinks outside and watching the game and it was an unbelievable thing. I loved it so, so much from the pregame speech to the post game speech. If you didn't see any of this, Dion talks to his team beforehand. He says, I think there will be movies made about this team one day. That's how much I believe in you. We're going to do something they wouldn't fathom. It took the jump from a fun story. It's kind of pro wrestling and all that. It's LaBar Ball to like they just kick the crap out of a really, really good football team on the road, and it mattered, and it's real. |
| 2:01.7 | And Deanna's my childhood idol. I was like a giddy schoolboy yesterday on Saturday. It was amazing. It was so cool. And, you know, I think in the media, if everyone's going out, it's because I think a lot of us have worked with Deion. And he's Deion Sanders, the superstar prime time, but he's also a great colleague at NFL Network. Kyle, I think you can speak to it. |
| 2:17.4 | Like, supportive of our show. |
| 2:18.6 | Hell yes. |
| 2:19.2 | Super kind. |
| 2:20.4 | And then you see him do this, but I don't want to make it all about Deion. Those young men put on a show in TCU. And this is a team that was one-win squad, and we talked about the transfer from his son, and we talked about Hunter, the other guy. There are some guys who were on that one-win squad last year who were playing on Saturday who saw the entire world going to 180. I feel so good for those kids right now as well. It was unbelievable. Like I said, I was down at Rock because I'm preparing for the game. Every time I opened up my phone, my group chat was buzzing, it was all highlights from the game. As soon as I opened up the X and I went to see what everybody was posting. It was all Colorado. Travis Hunter played 278 plays in the game. Offense, defense, interception, 10 catches. It was unbelievable just to see that. Shadur Sanders, he comes from Jackson State. It's like, well, can he do it at the next level? It looks really good. 500 yards passing. School record. School record in the first outing. It was unbelievable. To your point, Kyle, we all grew up prime time fans. We were all doing the Dion dance in the end zone and seeing them now doing it as a coach, instilling the confidence in those young men to be able to believe that they can go out there and execute it. I was kind of nervous because the coverage leading up to it was so heavy. And you see all these exclusive interviews coming out with Dion. And you guys notice that the trend was all these college game days and whatnot. They're going to the game. The one-on-one with Deion is with Troy Aikman. The one-on-one with Dionne was with Aaron Andrews. They pulled in their NFL people |
