working its way across Cuba. Hurricane Oscar is the name of it.

First it brushed Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas before making landfall as a category

one on the island of Cuba late yesterday and I guess there's been an ongoing

energy crisis in Cuba so this is not great timing they were already recovering from their

worst blackout in years millions millions were without power.

They preemptively cancelled all school through Wednesday.

Over the next couple days, parts of the island could see

up to 18 inches of rain scary time for him. We wish him all the best.
