Well, guys, happy Monday.

I'm just back from a week away. and I'll tell you, I can't

speak for you all, but I certainly needed it, and I am glad to have had the opportunity to

take some time, spend it with family in a place that was beautiful and far away, but now here

we are getting ready for Christmas and the holiday season as the

insanity continues to unfold. But I just wanted to share a few things with you today about some

reflections I did while I was gone. The first is how we spend our time. And obviously, when you're away

and you're not having to work and you're

not feeling the pressure of every text message, your email or phone call, you know, that's what those

things are best for. I often find that I get my best ideas or feel most enlightened when I'm at

peace and when I'm not thinking about all this stuff that I need to do.

But, you know, I just feel like since November 5th, and look, I'm not at all surprised by this,

the continual and continuous outrage machine is really hard to sustain, gang.
