I'm sitting here in my studio in Virginia and looking at Matthew Chapter 21 and can't wait to share it with you.

So if you would find your place, if you're following

along, we are in the 21st chapter of Matthew, verse number one. The Bible says, and when they drew

nigh unto Jerusalem. So we've been tracing for the last few chapters, Jesus' journey, his final

journey, toward Jerusalem. And we have left Jericho,

which is all the way down, down, down the hill from Jerusalem. If you have ever been to Israel

and have been to Jericho, you've been to the lowest city in the world by elevation. So it's

hundreds of feet below sea level. And then you've

walked all the way up, the Jericho Road, along like an ancient wadi, which is a dry riverbed

for most of the trip, excuse me, all the way up to the Mount of Olives, and then, question the Mount of Olives,

there is Jerusalem, which is located much, much higher. And so that's the journey that Jesus

has taken with his disciples. He's not quite to Jerusalem yet. He's nigh near to Jerusalem.
