So you need some motivation, but you hate motivational advice.

I have four pieces of advice that don't suck, Cassie.

Yeah, I don't know what it is, but when I see motivational videos with the music behind it,

they just irk and irritate me so much.

Because I'm like, you don't know my life.

You're going to sit there in your cozy little studio and be like,

just love your life and love yourself, and the rest will come to through.

Shut up.

And they drive me nuts.

So usually I score right past them because I'm like, it's just another talking head.

God, I just thrive on them.

It's like my lifeblood.

I can't get enough of them.

Really?

Yes. And the cheesier the music, the better for me

goes right into my soul. Well, I've got a couple of cheesy ones for you because from time to time,

some of these talking heads might know what they're talking about. And there are a few that have

hit home that I have really taken to heart that I have found incredibly helpful. And the first one is from Mel Robbins, who I think we all know. And I do,

I like her a lot. And it's no one is coming. And I think we fall into a trap of waiting to be

noticed. Or if I work hard, someone's going to notice me and pick me up out of the ether and catapult me

into the spotlight. Or my romantic partner is going to see me looking beautiful reading a book at a cafe and that's just not
