5 to 8 inches of rain, and now St. Louis in a flash flood warning 2 inch per hour rainfall rates, really going to impact your morning commute.

Overnight, millions cleaning up after a weekend of dangerous storms. Roads in Seagirt, New Jersey, looked like rivers Sunday after heavy rain sparked flash flooding.

How is this impossible?
