Today I want to talk to you about how to stay positive when things are really hard in life. Between the election, covid, and many more tensions we are facing, things are really hard! Friend, Jesus told us that this world would have many troubles. Even so, it can be tough to maintain a positive outlook when we are going through a tough season. Today I want to give you some practical tips to help you keep your peace and joy.

Tips to Keep Your Joy

Fight to have supportive people around you.
Turn on worship music in your room.
Have people pray OVER you and FOR you.
Take a social media/tv break
Remember all seasons come to an end.
