Summary

I have a word from the Lord for someone today. I was out on a "wog"—that's a walk-jog for those of you who don't know. Lol! I was praying and heard the Lord say "winter is coming." That's from Game of Thrones, which I haven't watched by the way. Normally I love fall but this year the idea of cold weather and more lockdowns and the craziness of the world has me feeling anxious. Psychological safety is very important to me and I feel like right now we are under a false sense of security. To me, "winter is coming" tells me that we need to prepare mentally and spiritually for what's ahead. We need to remind ourselves that God is still on the throne and fully in control.

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise.

0:48.9	I was out walking recently. The truth is I used to run all the time friends. It used to
0:54.8	run. I started running when I was 30 to try to take off baby weight and it's been
0:59.7	several years ago now that I hurt my IT band and I can no longer run so now I walk.
1:04.0	Sometimes I wag which is a walk jog but I've been doing a lot of walking because I find that when I'm outside
1:09.7	my brain just works better, some of my brain frog lifts. I feel like I'm doing
1:13.7	something that my body is grateful for and it helps me to really kind of clear my mind
1:18.4	Which I desperately need also helps me get out of the house because we've got so many little people and dogs and
1:25.1	noise and commotion and as an introvert I just got to get out so I was walking
1:28.8	the other day and thinking and praying and I heard the Lord say winter is coming and I didn't like hearing like the audible voice from heaven like it's never like that for me it's just just really like, you know, just it's in my brain. It's in my head. I just it's like when you get a thought, you know, like maybe I should turn here instead of going to my normal exit or I should call my grandma.
