Summary
I have been working to dig myself out of some deep feelings and I want to share some of what I am doing. During these times of social distancing, we are all out of whack. Those who need lots of interaction with people are missing it and those who need alone time have possibly had too much peopling with their family during the quarantine. Today I am sharing my perspective and some tips on how we are handling some of these in our house.
