Hey friend, welcome back to the podcast this week. I'm excited to be with you and want to chat with you this week about a topic that I think will be really helpful for those of you who have a tendency to feel really chaotic.

things God's really been doing in my world is he's really been growing me in the last couple of years

to understand myself and understand the way that I'm wired and of course there's a lot of

ways we can do that by taking a lot of the

tests that are very popular right now there's you know the iniagram is of course

kind of the one that's the loudest at the moment and got a lot of eyeballs on it and so it's taking things like that and really like

having some aha moments about oh my gosh that's absolutely how I act or how I behavior who I, or that sounds just like me.
