Meanwhile, fallout from the Epstein files continued, with multiple high-profile figures in the U.S. and Europe facing investigations, resignations, or calls to step aside. European governments in particular have moved quickly, launching probes into Epstein’s ties to human trafficking, Russian intelligence, and elite institutions — while U.S. consequences remain scarce.
