for today's episode. Welcome back, my friends, to today's episode of Everyday Truth in Galatians 5. Love the practicality of this chapter.

We've been talking about the theology of grace and the theology of spiritfulness as opposed to what the law did, which was to convince and convict and condemn,

and what grace does, which is to restore and to empower. And we're talking about the theology of it,

but now we're talking about the practicality of it. And we're finishing

up in Galatians 5 and verse, well, look at verse 9. We ended here, a little leaven, leaveneth the whole

lump. So the Judaizers were saying a lot of good things. They were saying things like

Jesus is the Messiah. That's a good thing.

Most Jews did not believe that. They were saying that Jesus died and was buried and rose again.

That's a great thing. Most Jews were not saying that. But they were adding the law as an extra

means of justification. And thereby neutralizing and making of null effect of none effect

the saving power of jesus because they were adding works to the law a little leaven just a little

yeast can change the entire nature of the loaf of bread.

And it says in verse number 10,

I have confidence in you through the Lord that ye will be none otherwise minded,

but he that troubles you shall bear his judgment,
