We're starting off today with an update on the grim events in Pioneer Square over the weekend. Seattle police are still working to identify a suspect in Saturday's deadly shooting outside a neighborhood nightclub.

SPD Chief Sean Barnes gave an update on the investigation earlier today.

These victims, all young people in their late teens, 20s were brutally murdered.

Our officers who were already patrolling in the area responded within minutes.

They jumped in as medics desperately trying to save lives. Two men and a woman were

declared dead at the scene. Another man remains in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center.

We do not have the names of the victims yet. Barnes says detectives have identified a black

Tesla last seen leaving the area of the shooting. The driver is not a suspect, but police

want to review any video evidence captured by the car. Anyone with information about the incident can call

the SPD tip line at 206-233-5-0-0. We also have an update on how the trade war between the U.S. and China is affecting Puget Sound's largest ports, even as the two countries tried to de-escalate.

A new report from the ports of Seattle and Tacoma shows a steep decline in imports during the second week of May.

International imports were more than 20 percent lower than average during that period.

These numbers reflect ships that left Asian ports two to three weeks ago back when tariffs on China were highest.

Port officials say they expect the downward trend to continue for the next few weeks.
