But we begin with that historic rainfall in the Midwest. Ginger is standing by tracking the new flooding threats and the dangerous

heat on both coasts. But first, Alex Perez starts us off in Milwaukee, which was hard hit over the

weekend, and he's got a glimpse of the damage. Good morning, Alex. Hey, good morning, Michael. It was a

nightmare of a weekend for so many here in Wisconsin. Some areas got up to 14 inches of rain.

And I want you to take a look right next to me here.

You can see this road is completely collapsed.

Just one of the many problems created by all of that rain.
