We have a new poll on President Trump's job approval over the first 100.

It shows a pretty dramatic drop on his overall approval and his handling of the economy.

But we're going to begin with millions of Americans bracing for severe weather right now.

Tornadoes, large hell and thunderstorms are possible for parts of the Midwest down to Texas.

Ginger is here where the danger is right now.

Good morning, Ginger.

Well, I'm flying in Minnesota so you know that Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa are the

targets later this afternoon and evening, but we already saw this storm is capable of twirling.

Hyannis, Nebraska, one of 10 reported tornadoes. One of the tornadoes took out part of this train.

So thankfully nobody was injured here, but still the train cars were toppled.

And so you know it has the power and potential. This morning we will see some morning rain,

which that always stabilizes the atmosphere for a time. The longer that happens, the better.

But as it destabilizes later this afternoon, I think southeastern Minnesota, like Rochester,

Albert Lee, over into Wisconsin, along that Wisconsin state line. That's where the strong long-track tornadoes are possible.

But don't forget, it's Kansas City all the way to Green Bay that still has a damaging wind and the big hail potential.

It doesn't stop there. Coldfront's going to push it right into Pittsburgh, Cleveland, a lot of other folks here, George, as we get into tomorrow.
