It's pouring like that! Hello and welcome along to her huddle, where we celebrate the NFL, whether it's in front

office roles, coaching, broadcasting, refereeing. There are so many

brilliant women in this sport that we love and we absolutely adore having the opportunity to tell

their stories. A Phoebe Shetka is alongside me as always. And Phoebe, we are very excited,

aren't we, to welcome in a very special guest, a friend of yours, who is a player, a flag football ambassador and a broadcaster.

How, first of all, are you doing as we headed to the business

end of what has been a very busy NFL season?

Hi, thanks for the invitation. So, yeah, I'm glad that it's Christmas now and it's going

a little bit slower at the moment because this year was like running away from me. So I'm happy that there are coming a few days.

It's a little bit slower time now. We could all do it a little bit of a Christmas break,

couldn't we, Phoebe? I mean, look, you and Mona know each other very well. Tell me, first of all,

what makes Mona it so special and such a perfect her huddle guest. Well, when we were thinking of guests and we

always want to, you know, make sure that we're highlighting people all around the world, I just think

the work that Mona has done over the past few years, the work that bludder into becoming a global flag

football ambassador, her and I play each other in flag and in tackle. And I think you can always, I always love energy.
