So truth be told, I always pause and let you introduce yourself because I still feel intimidated by

pronouncing your name, like, Kara, Cara, Kara.

Americans always say this to me. They're like, is it Carl or Kara? And I don't know. It's the

same name. So I don't care. We are joined by a guest who has a very simple name, and for that I am appreciative.

I don't know when you guys are going to hear it.

And I want to talk to you about all things maha because I feel like you are a

maha whisperer in a way that I'm not, not going to lie. I understand it somewhat. I wrote a long

piece for the Washington Examiner. I don't know. I want to say it was like two months ago.

And I have been fascinated by how health and wellness has become a Republican virtue. And it's like, I kind of step off the train a little bit there because I'm like, oh, do I have to work hard everywhere, really? But it makes sense.

And so I want to hear, I'm actually, I'm interested to hear you say that you're surprised by it.

Because I didn't see health and wellness getting red-coded in 2025, but I think we're there.
