Our cases this week are about crimes against children by those who are in charge of their care.

If you haven't seen the shocking video that police say shows a school aid hitting a boy with autism,

then we will show it to you and you will hear from his parents who insisted the video captured

on the school bus be made public because the boy is non-verbal he could not

tell his parents about what was being done to him but his bruises told the

story. But first we have another case of unbearable cruelty being

inflicted on a little boy before his mother killed him. Police say she recorded

a video of their last minutes

while they were in a ditch.

The mother was in a custody battle with the father

and was taunting the father with threats of killing their son.
