A three year old little boy is dead. His mother is charged with child abuse for not getting him medical attention when he was obviously ill.

It was revealed that the mother's boyfriend may soon be facing charges in the boy's death.

Search warrant detailed the little boy's plight not eating, vomiting, and the days leading up to his death.

Eric wasn't taken to the hospital until a day after he became gravely ill. By then it was too late to save his life when doctors discovered a torn intestine.

22 year old Daisy Martinez looked shell shot to be in a white county courtroom on the heels of her young son's death.
