we get to know Molly we just spoke with the family and I told him that they

raised a great daughter I mean she was a phenomenal individual and so we are saddened for the family.

It is difficult on the investigators.

However, that's what we're paid to do, and we try to do it as best as we possibly can.

There's a verdict in the very high-profile murder case of Mali Tibbets in Iowa.

I'm joined by Mario Rossi, digital executive producer at.O.I. in Des Moines, who's

been following this case and the trial closely in recent weeks. Mario, let's go back to 2018 and what

happened the last time Molly Tibbitts was ever seen alive. Yeah, this is summer of 2018, July of 2018.

Molly Tibbitts is a 20-year-old woman jogging around the town.

It's her hometown. She lives there. She's known in town.

And she's running one night in July. and that's the last time people see her.

Nobody hears from her in the following days.

Her friends, her family, start trying to connect with each other to see if they know where she's at.

They can't find her.

So she's reported as a missing person in July 2018. And for the weeks that follow, you have constant searches, search parties, you know, flyers going up around town, being handed out to, you know, anyone in the area really to try and find her. It's not like her, you know, to not
