In their book, Optimal Care and Childbirth, Hensie Gore and Amy Romano talked about the needs

They stated that people who are having babies have basic needs and conditions specific needs.

All people who are pregnant need have the basic needs of comfort, emotional support,

information, support of their autonomy, guidance,
