Well, it is true that we usually do this later in the year, but I'm happy we're doing this

earlier because I feel like it gives us a little bit more space to explore, even though the teams

are probably about in the same situation as they will be in October. Yeah, you might see a few

teams that maybe get a look at a guy in camp, but really you only got two weeks now. Back

under the old system, you could actually get a full four weeks of camp, and then you could also

get a couple of weeks of the regular season before that October 31st deadline. Now the deadline is

as of the start of the season, although of course the deadline for rookie options is still October 31st.

So with that in mind, if you're new to this pop, what we're going to do, I am the player agent. Dan

and Danny, we have split up the NBA teams with eligible rookies between them, and we're going to see

if we can negotiate some rookie extensions here that are fair. It's going to be very interesting

now with the very limited market that we saw this off season in 2018. How much is that going to

affect the extensions that we see certainly in 2016? Those crazy numbers affected the extensions

quite a bit. You saw extensions like Gorge Jeng, who just really ended up being that great

contracts, usually though extensions end up being a little bit of a discount. Actually, I shouldn't

say that is a player agent, but I think you guys are thinking here just in general before we get started.

You know, just eyeballing it, it seems like there's a lot of positions where teams just don't know

exactly what they're going to be next summer, whether they're going to be facing really a tight luxury

tax crunch, whether they can attract free agents with the cap space they could have, and I don't know

if that's going to lead to more conservative outcomes in this, but I think it might lead to some

more conservative offers by me. Wait, your offers can get more conservative.
