Thanks for having me. We brought Jefferson on because we've had a lot of requests recently to talk about mobile home park investing.

And a lot of you might be thinking, ugh, mobile home parks, why do I want to invest in that?

But surprisingly, there's really a lot of great things. I've been hearing about this for years and never really got into it myself.

But I know a lot of smart people that are doing it.

So, Jefferson, maybe you can talk a little bit about your background and how you get started

As I say, Kurt, you know, when I woke up from the concussion, it just seemed like a good idea to buy a mobile home park.

But no, a little more seriously.

I had spent basically a decade, this would have been roughly most of my 30s, working for three different high-tech companies in Silicon Valley.

I went through the dot-com boom, bust,

and semi-resurgence. And really, with looking for real estate, just to make a personal investment

and have some passive income. And honestly, I thought, well, I'll buy an apartment building.
