Summary

That’s a wrap on the Premier League season. Jimbo, Daniel Storey, Tom Williams and Adrian Clarke look back on a great final day and a great campaign. The title race is on a knife edge for a couple of hours but Man City eventually come from 2-0 down against Villa to retain the title. The Athletic’s Sam Lee recounts a fuzzy afternoon at the Etihad where City show their character and personality. Leeds survive but how will they fare next season? Is Jesse Marsch too manic? Will they struggle along with Southampton? Burnley exit the Premier League so we look back on some of our favourite Clarets memories from the last 5 seasons. Spurs finish 4th with Kane, Kulusevski and Son on fire and with Cristian Romero arguably one of the players of the season. Kylian Mbappe is staying at PSG as Tom brings us the latest from a seismic weekend in Paris. Plus the pitch invasion problem, the first half invincibles, our highlights of the season and ranking Dean, Moss and Atkinson RUNNING ORDER: • PART 1: What a final day (02m 00s) • PART 1b: Sam Lee on City’s triumph (09m 00s) • PART 1c: Liverpool 3-1 Wolves & the pitch invasion problem (17m 30s) • PART 2: Leeds stay up, Burnley go down (29m 00s) • PART 3a: Kylian Mbappe stays at PSG (40m 00s) • PART 3b: Spurs pip Arsenal to 4th (49m 00s) • PART 3c: The rest of the Premier League weekend (54m 00s) • PART 4: Highlights of the season (63m 00s) SIGN UP TO THE ATHLETIC TODAY FOR £1 A MONTH FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS • theathletic.com/totally GET IN TOUCH: • follow us on Instagram • find us on Facebook • send us a tweet: @TheTotallyShow READ STUFF ON OUR WEBSITE: • check out thetotallyfootballshow.com.
